Cancellation and Customer Satisfaction Policy.

Nature based tourism is stimulating, exciting, unpredictable and fun.
Western Australia’s natural environment is wild, pristine and extremely diverse. It is home to many rare and unique plants and animals, making it a paradise for nature lovers. Its climate ranges from sub-temperate to Mediterranean to tropical and every day is different.
Ocean Eco Adventures conducts tours from Cape Leeuwin in the south of the State to Ningaloo Reef in the north, providing an opportunity to experience its incredible environment and making everything possible, but guaranteeing anything impossible.
Many of the feature animals Ocean Eco Adventures interacts on its tours with are migratory so their appearance is seasonal and all are wild. Weather is unpredictable by nature and forecasts are, at best, educated guesses.
As such it impossible for Ocean Eco Adventures to guarantee anything other than it will make every effort to ensure your experience is a memorable one for the right reasons and that it will only conduct the tour if it is be safe and there is a reasonable expectation that it will be fun and the featured animal(s) will appear.
When making animal interaction tour bookings it is advisable to maximise your opportunity to see it by allowing a few days at the tour location in case a tour is cancelled for inclement weather or the feature animal does not appear on the first tour.
Ocean Eco Adventures realises that many of its customers travel significant distances at considerable cost to participate in its tours. In recognition of this, on dedicated animal interaction tours, we offer one complimentary repeat tour* on the next available day. Seats on repeat tours are allocated on a first in first served basis and as such it may take several days for a place to become available. If you can’t get a place on a repeat tour in the time you are in the location or if you prefer, we will issue you a repeat tour voucher that is valid for three years from the date of  issue*.

Cancellation Policy.
A full refund will apply to tours cancelled by Ocean Eco Adventures due to inclement weather or any other safety reason if it cannot be rebooked to the customer’s satisfaction.
Less than 7 days no refund unless seats can be sold then 90% refund applies,
7-29 days - 90% refund
30 days or more - 100% refund
Tickets can be transferred to another date if 48 hours notice is given and places can be filled.
