Download an Entire Album:

Go to the Albums tab and select your tour (by name and date)

Either hover over the album cover image and click the download icon in the bottom right corner, or click into the album

If you open the album, click the download button in the top right corner

Select Create zip file
-
You’ll be taken to a progress page while your file prepares

Keep this page open until the download is ready

Click Download Zip File
Download Individual Photos:

Go to the Albums tab and select your tour (by name and date)

Click on the photo you’d like to download

Click the download button in the bottom right corner

⚠️ Having trouble downloading your photos?
If you’re experiencing issues downloading your photos, the most common cause is a weak Wi-Fi connection. Please ensure you have a strong and stable connection throughout the download process.
If your photos are not yet visible on Flickr, please allow up to 24 hours from your tour date for them to be uploaded and appear in your album.
If you’re still having difficulties after this time, please contact our team directly and we’ll be happy to assist.
Complimentary Photo Package FAQ's
How long are my photos available for? Your tour photos are typically available on our Flickr page for an extended period after your trip. However, we recommend downloading them as soon as possible to ensure you don’t miss them. If you’re having trouble locating your photos, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to help. Can I share these photos? Yes! We love seeing your experience. Feel free to share and tag us on social media @oceanecoadventures. Do I need a Flickr account to download photos? No — you can view and download photos without an account on desktop. However, a free Flickr account is recommended for the best mobile experience. Why can’t I see my photos? First, check that you’re in the correct album for your tour date. If you still can’t find them, try refreshing the page or ensuring you’re logged into Flickr (especially on mobile). My download isn’t working — what should I do? Make sure you stay on the download progress page until the ZIP file is ready. Check your WiFi signal is strong and If it still fails, try a desktop browser or contact our team for assistance.
